“I can’t say enough great things about working with Claire. I trained with her over Skype for 12 weeks last summer in advance of several friends’ weddings, which I was motivated to get into shape for. I spoke with Claire before our first session about my goals and objectives, namely strengthening and toning, and the areas on which I’d like to focus, namely abs, butt, and legs. Claire was very open and flexible to crafting a unique workout plan which helped to build strength and flexibility, and then once I got the basics down, she took the workouts to the next level to help me to tone and build muscle. Claire was very interested in feedback after each session and was always checking in to see if there is anything she should tweak to improve my experience.
Additionally, Claire was very accommodating with regard to scheduling our sessions. I work full time, and could only meet at 6AM EST, which she was happy to do. Initially, I was a little worried about the Skype aspect of the experience, but the technology always worked well, and I could see her doing each move/exercise and could always hear her clearly. She was excellent about talking me through adjustments and was very focused on making sure I was doing each exercise correctly.
I was extremely out-of-shape (“deconditioned”) when we first started working together but saw noticeable results very quickly. Claire was able to build on what I learned in the first few sessions to make each workout challenging, exciting, and fresh. Toward the end of our sessions, Claire and I worked on designing exercise programs and modules I could do on my own, and Claire was very open to talking to me about what I can and should be doing in the gym to sustain my results.
I would definitely recommend working with Claire if you want to look and feel your best. It was one of the most positive workout experiences I’ve had, and she restored my interest in fitness and working out regularly!”
