When I’m out of town (like I am right now), it can be tough to find the time, space, or equipment to work out!  I often bring my resistance bands with me, but sometimes there just isn’t room because I chose instead to bring that extra pair of shoes.  That doesn’t mean that working out needs to be a challenge!

I’m a big fan of workout videos that don’t require any equipment, much space, or too much time.  Plus, I can then squeeze my workout in whenever!  These videos aren’t catered specifically to one’s level, goals, or limitations, but they do just fine in a pinch as a free resource.
